How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Standard tracked delivery takes 1–3 working days. Free delivery on orders over £150.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.
Can I exchange for a different length?
Yes. Unused items can be exchanged for a different length within 14 days. Contact our team and we'll guide you through the process.
How do I know which length to choose?
We recommend measuring from the top of your head to where you'd like the hair to fall. Our team is also happy to advise. Just message us on WhatsApp.
